Libby Flatoff is the Program and Development Manager for the Arms Control Association. She manages member and donor support and engagement and other development and fundraising efforts, coordinates program and event activities on the policy team, manages external communications, and supports our Board of Directors and executive leadership.
Libby joined the Arms Control Association in June 2023. She holds a master’s degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies (MIIS).
